What we collect and why

We do not buy or sell lists, and this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts.
Who processes it for us
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France/EU): stores your contact record and sends the emails.
- Hetzner Online (Germany/Finland, EU): hosts this site and our automation server, which passes your form entry to Brevo.
Both process data in the EU/EEA, which the UK recognises as adequate.
How long we keep it
If you only asked for a template, we keep your email for up to 12 months and then delete it. If you opted in to emails, we keep it until you unsubscribe, then keep only a suppression record so we never email you again.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe with one click from any email, and ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing theautomationlayerai@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
